Invoices issued by Healthmonix shall be paid within fifteen 15 days of the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Healthmonix. Refunds must be requested within fourteen 14 days of purchase, and will be reviewed by management for approval. All requests must be submitted in writing to info healthmonix. Requests submitted after the fourteen 14 day refund period will not be honored. Healthmonix reserves the right to deny any refund request at its discretion.
