Who pays postage for eBay returns? Who pays the cost of returning an item depends on the situation: If the item is returned because it's faulty, not as described, or damaged in the post, the seller has to pay return postage costs.

All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
